Tayah Norris

Tayah (tay-ya) began practicing yoga in 2010 and instantly recognized the countless healing benefits yoga has to offer. She started working closely with a yoga studio in Key West, FL and decided teaching yoga was her next step. In 2020, she completed her first 200-hour Yoga certification in Key West, FL, with an emphasis in Hatha and Vinyasa. Being a lifelong learner, she went on to deepen her knowledge by completing another 200-hour RYT Hatha/Vinyasa training in Bacalar, Mexico, in February of 2022 and her Yin Yoga certification in 2022.

“Yoga has helped me so much on my journey called life. I truly feel that helping others find and experience the joy and healing powers of yoga is what I am meant to do.”

Tayah creates a safe, non-competitive space for her students to dive beneath the surface of their daily lives to find deeper meaning and inspiration. Her classes offer creative sequences with intentional themes, emphasizing the importance of proper alignment, pranayama breathing techniques, mindfulness, and meditation. Modification and advanced options are made available for new students and experienced yogis so that all can reach their potential. She is currently working on her 800-hour Yoga Therapy certification and is a Yoga Therapist intern. She is also an Emotion Code practitioner and certified in a myriad of healing modalities.
