Building Community
Our first community yoga class was held on 10.22.22 in partnership with Sky Bear Brewery as a fundraiser for Mile High Canine Rescue. Following the gentle yoga class on the patio, we were joined by several adoptable dogs and their fosters, who shared more about the organization we were supporting.
We had a great group of yogis show up to help support Good Life Refuge in Longmont. The gentle yoga class was enjoyed by all, followed by a tour of the sanctuary to learn more about the great work this organization is doing.
As the weather turned cooler, we moved our community yoga indoors at Artisans Kitchen in downtown Loveland for a free gentle yoga class ending with a mindful chocolate experience, compliments of Loveland Chocolate.
Sunday, April 16, 2023 brought out 18 yogis to Sky Bear Brewery to enjoy class and meet several adoptable dogs from Mile High Canine Rescue.
The beautiful weather brought us outside for a monthly yoga fundraiser and meet and greet with adoptable dogs.

Yoga Fundraiser
On Saturday, July 8, 2023, over 20 people joined Marissa for a yoga class, followed by a personal tour of the sanctuary by founder, Nicole Brecht.
Combined, we raised $500 to help feed and care for the 72 residents who call this beautiful farm home.
On Saturday, July 29, we got to know our fellow yogis on a beautiful 3.5 mile, dog and family- friendly hike at Dunraven Trailhead in Glen Haven, CO.
