THAI MASSAGE
Thai massage offers a unique and deeply restorative experience, ideal for relieving tension, improving flexibility, and enhancing overall well-being.
This therapeutic practice uses slow and meditative movements, rhythmic acupressure, compression, and deep stretching. Often referred to as “lazy yoga,” Thai massage involves the practitioner using their hands, elbows, knees, and feet to gently guide you through a series of movements. During your session, you’ll relax on a comfortable mat and remain fully clothed.
