She is a Northern Colorado based Somatic Practitioner helping to educate nervous system regulation practices to people individually and community wide.
Lindsay shares these gifts through integrative somatic techniques, Yin Yoga, Somatic Breathwork, and Sound Healing.
Her teaching style is a fusion of traditional Eastern yoga, Daoist Chinese philosophy, native indigenous earth medicine, all spun together with a Trauma Aware approach to teaching.
