Kelly is a certified 200E-RYT instructor with over 500 hours of yoga trainings and workshops. She has taught yoga for over 17 years with trainings in Power Yoga & Hatha Yoga. She is specialty trained in Usui Shiki Ryoho Reiki II, Trauma Informed Yoga, YogaFit levels 1-4, Senior Yoga, Strength Yoga and Pre/Post-natal Yoga. Kelly is also a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Acudetox Specialist whom integrates yoga and Reiki into her therapeutic practice. Kelly’s style of teaching is eclectic, she loves music that touches your soul and can make you dance. Teaching yoga for Kelly is a way to support and enhance your relationship to your mind, body and breath. She believes in allowing the breath to lead each movement and connecting with your inner needs to honor your body. Kelly found yoga as a teenager and utilized it as a way to process trauma and show her body love without judgment or pain. She enjoys yoga, weight lifting and hiking with her family but you can also find her dancing around her house messing with essential oils, cooking and playing with her dogs.
