Kaylee is a trauma-informed Yoga Instructor, Ayurvedic Health Coach, and continuing education to become a Somatic Yoga Therapy Practitioner. Like many, she found yoga as a physical practice and ended up staying for the deep mental and spiritual healing after losing a loved one to suicide.
Her approach is to connect back to nature and find a more balanced state of the mind, body, and nervous system by using breathwork, myofascial release techniques, reiki, and other fun healing modalities! She looks forward to creating a safe and supportive community at the studio!
