Katie Heroux

Katie has been practicing yoga for over 20 years. In 2015, Katie decided to get her 200-Hour Yoga Teaching Certification, learning about yoga’s history, the 8-limbed path, anatomy and more! Since then, she has taught students all over the world how to connect with their bodies, open their hearts and still their minds. Teaching has been an incredible experience for Katie, inspiring her in ways she could have never imagined and allowing her to make a positive difference in the lives of others. Katie teaches a variety of different styles of yoga, including Ashtanga, Yin, and Power Vinyasa. Her classes are challenging, engaging, and inspirational. Prepare to ignite your curiosity and dive deep into self-exploration in one of her classes.

Off the mat and outside the studio, you will find Katie spending her time in the mountains of Colorado, hiking, camping, backpacking, rock climbing, and, of course, practicing yoga. She also loves travel, cooking, painting, and deepening her spiritual connection with meditation, deprivation tanks, breathwork practices, constellation work, Earthing, sound baths, and White Time Healing
