Kacee is driven by her belief that everyone is valuable and deserves to feel good in their body and life. Her classes are filled with modifications for inclusion, challenges to grow both physically and mentally and theory that bonds eastern and western philosophy. Kacee started her yoga journey when she was riding horses as a pre-teen and began her dedicated practice when in college after a running injury left her barely able to walk. Her teaching is influenced by her studies in injury prevention, pelvic floor health and nervous system regulation as well as her personal experience of using yoga to manage her multiple injuries, digestive health issues and stress in single-parenthood. She has a BA in Health and Exercise Science and has worked in Fitness and Eastern Health in many modalities for the last 12+ years.
