I have been on the spiritual path since the beginning of high school. I had studied many modalities and disciplines over my life.

After a divorce over a decade ago that caused massive stress, I felt I needed to explore more avenues of healing. This exploration led me to reiki and other forms of energy work.

I enjoy sharing what I have learned with others to help them reduce stress and restore balance in the mind, body and spirit.

I offer a unique blend of intuitive Reiki and sound, using crystal singing bowls, chakra tuning forks, crystal pyramid, drumming and other tools.
