Chyna (pronounced Shy-nuh) is a lifelong yoga student-turned-teacher with a passion for facilitating the discovery of the authentic self through holistic yoga, breathwork, and body movement practices.
During her vinyasa and hatha classes, students can expect a balanced practice of communion with the spirit through meditation and breath, connection with the body through fun and challenging asana, and ALWAYS a juicy savasana!
In yin, Chyna loves to encourage students to dive deep within and listen to their bodies through longer held postures with interwoven themes and quotes. As a musician in a past life, she is enthusiastic about crafting the perfect playlist to get students out of their head and into the practice.
Off the mat, Chyna is most often seen embracing ecstatic dance, journaling and drawing to her heart’s content, crafting up a storm, and hiking and backpacking as an excuse to ID as many plants as possible.
