Yoga found me in 2011 at a time when I needed healing. After rolling out my mat for the first time it forever changed my life. I specialize in teaching dynamic vinyasa flow classes and creating a moving meditation that gets you into your body and out of the stress response. My priority is to create a safe, inclusive space where each student will feel accepted, comfortable and empowered. You can expect creative flows, fun/intentional music and inspirational teachings in my classes. I believe yoga is a path to healing and that it can transform lives. Can’t wait to see you on your mat!
